Ohr Torah Stone mourns the tragic loss of Yaakov (Koby) Mandell, z"l, a student in the OTS Junior High School in Efrat. Koby and his friend, Yossi Ishran, were brutally murdered in the Kharouni cave 600 meters from their hometown, Tekoa. Koby will be sorely missed by his classmates, teachers, and indeed, all that knew him.
